S K Maintenance is a small family business run by father and future son-in-law. 

Stuart and his young family moved to Norfolk 20 years ago when Stuart relocation from Aylesbury in Buckinghamshire to take up empployment with Bespak in Kings Lynn as a Project Design Engineer.  He worked for Bespak for 13 and was sadly made redundant in 2003 and decided to set up his own company.

The Company has steadily grown and his son Jamie started a plumbing and heating apprenticeship on leaving school in 2005 he is now working for Grahams in Fakenham as he found being self employed was not for him.

Dan Cook has now joined us, and will be starting his plumbing and heating apprenticeship in 2012.

We install high quality bathrooms and kitchens which we can design and install from start to finish.  We design, order, collect, remove and install, we carry out all your plumbing, electrical and carpentry requirements.  Stuart is a specialist tiler and all tiling is carried out to precise measurements, we will also clear away any rubbish at the end of the job.
